Some managers try to find other solutions before they fire an employee, such as maybe a person isn't having good job performance because there strengths better suite them in another department or maybe this person needs a change in work. Some managers see it differently, and do not hand out second chances, if you cannot perform well on the job you were hired for, your out. </div>]]></description>
