There he was, sitting in math when it happened, Kai was in the middle of a math test. Kai was nervous fro his maths test. He had studied for it so he believed he was prepared for anything, but he was wrong. The teacher handed out the test and hw got his water bottle out of his bag. He placed it on the desk. Small ripples began to move through the water in the bottle, like the Tyrannosauraus scene from Jurassic Park. Immense shrieking came from the streets below, then the huge tremor hit the school, walls shattering like panes of glass. The entire class ran down the stairs, as he was running down the stairs he was constantley being pushed and shoved by other classes sprinting out of their class rooms,  innocent children falling through the fifth story floors. Kai reached the ground floor of the school and saw a huge cluster of rubble trapping teachers and students under the massive crash of stone and iron, Kai tried to help but as soon as he stepped close to the pile of rubble the building made a thunder-like noise and started to implode in a sense.
 
Kai managed to reach the emergency exit before the entire building crumbled like fire on paper due to the 14.2 magnitude earthquake, he ran through the alleyways until he got to Renéseance Avenue the largest street in Paris. Kai was so exhausted from running so much he forgot about his parents, did they make it out safe? What about his closest friends did they make it out of the building safe and sound? He couldnt bare the thought of losing his mother and father to something so lifeless. That’s when Kai saw it, the tyrannical 40ft tsunami crushing everything in its path, The Incredible power from the earthquake and tsunami caused the Eiffel tower to fall, causing a cataclysmic like explosion that annihilated everything within a 90ft radius.

Kai only survived because he tripped over a boulder and fell in a crevice shielding him from the tsunamis rushing currents. When he awoke he struggled to climb out of the crevice due to injuries caused from the tsunami, he managed to reach the surface only to find the devastating effects of the triple threat disaster,
"buildings, homes, families... All desroyed, and for what!" Kai thought. Rage engulfed Kai's mind, then out of nowhere he heard a soft voice crying for help, he ran to investigate only to find a video, a video of him when he was a baby playing with his parents, this did nothing but stir enraged but sad feelings within him.

Kai had time to think about what his next move would be, he blamed himself for the disaster, three nights before Kai had been teased and bullied, he wished for the bullies would get was coming to them, and he beieved this is what caused the disaster. He thought about all his friends that he lost, all the family that wont talk to him anymore, he thought about how lucky he was to be the only one that survived.
