His intestines will also become stronger when crushing the food he eats. His bones will become much stronger and will densify. Of course his muscles will also become much stronger. His adrenaline glands will produce adrenaline at a much faster rate. Muscle and bone cells would produce stronger bone and muscle faster. Red blood cells would get oxygen around faster. Nerve cells would also get messages around faster. The nucleus will hold different DNA. The Mitochondria will produce more energy. The Cell membrane will become stronger and decide if things can come in and out faster.

The Speeding Fist could have weakened powers if he is exposed to diamonds for to long.
