Recently, Canada Post and other mailing companies have enabled a feature to track the method of transportation that the letter is on, but some packages still end up getting lost. My potential solution is to attach a microchip to the stamps on packages and letters so the parcel itself is tracked. It is done through an app so you can track your parcel's whole trip from doorstep to doorstep. This will reduce the number of letters 'lost in the mail'.
