I enjoyed the simplicity and directness of your Padlet.I particularly liked how you highlighted specific leadership theories; have you considered adding additional tiles for more than just two leadership theories, though? In addition, I enjoyed the brief article you added about vulnerability and strong leadership - I also found this article written by Gali Cooks titled Strength in Vulnerability: Leaders Who Dare to Look Inside, that goes in more depth about that topic, which I found to be quite interesting.
