The link below connects to the servant leadership page within the Mindtools website, however, the website as a whole is a remarkable toolkit for professionals. The toolkit contains everything from mini training lessons, to quizzes, infographics, and more. Additionally, the toolkit breaks out into 12 categories for extra convenience.

This graphic drawn by Winston Rowentree is a soft reminder for personal growth. Reflection and self-awareness are important to all human-beings, but especially for those in a leadership role. This graphic speaks near and dear to me. I have a copy printed at my home, in my office, and on my computer desktop. I love to share it with the people around and now it is here to share with those who view my Padlet resource. We, as leaders, are continuously learning and growing. The ways, in which, we view the world around us and how situations occur are depicted on the graphic. Please take a look if you get a chance. (P.S. it is quite humorous as well.)

Good morning, Kimberly,

I enjoyed the simplicity and directness of your Padlet.I particularly liked how you highlighted specific leadership theories; have you considered adding additional tiles for more than just two leadership theories, though? In addition, I enjoyed the brief article you added about vulnerability and strong leadership - I also found this article written by Gali Cooks titled Strength in Vulnerability: Leaders Who Dare to Look Inside, that goes in more depth about that topic, which I found to be quite interesting.

Great job!
-Lauren

Reference:

Cooks, G.
