Building green spaces can have a positive impact on health. Some workers may suffer from work-related stress which contributing to non-communicable diseases. Green space in the cities could provide opportunities for employees to release stress and engage in physical activities. Critics claim that local parks could not have an efficient effect for employees because these places commonly far from workplace. However, green spaces can provide a spacious and peaceful area for citizens to do some regular exercises in the leisure time. Thus parks could help to improve citizens’ healthy levels in the long term and should be embraced.

Firstly, considerable funding for constructing urban greenery is vital to reduce air pollution. It is rather difficult to dispose the air pollutants from fossils fuels as the high levels of automobiles exhaust in cities. The substantial trees planted and lakes purified in green parks can improve the air quality. Some argue that providing land areas for green purpose usually comes at a high cost; however, in the long term, sustainable outcomes such as the alleviation of climate change and the improved quality of life would be seen. Green spaces, therefore, can be considered as a significant opportunity for the sustainable change to the environment.

Another compelling reason for supporting greenery in city centers necessary is that tangible economic benefits can be brought. It would be recognized as a important site attracting worldwide tourists and facilitate the increase of housing price around these locations after establishing the green areas. Critics argue that the high cost of maintenance is a major barrier to approve of this green program. Although investing in green is hard to obtain a satisfied return in the short time, the interest from the natural areas would far exceed the maintance expenditure from the longtime. As a consequence, it is critical to implement more programs or policies associated green areas by city authorities and other organizations.

Another reason is that green spaces provide positive impact on health. Firstly, due to the fresh air and green visual, the urban park can be a excellent area for exercise in order to enhance physical fitness. In addition, green spaces can create healthy value. Critics are keen to highlight the costly investment in green parks, but the over cost of health can be reduced due to artificial activities in green areas. In light of this, green spaces have a significant benefits to reduce risks and diseases which exceed constructing costs.

Another argument of investing in green parks in urban centre is that it can enhance metal and paysical health. These hidden and indirect benefits would be gained by walkways in gardens, which provides claiming and inspiring environments. These features can be incorporated into building design to address mental health. In addition, compared to walking in urban environment. People activity in nature area may acquire better air quality and stay far away from smok and vehicle exhaust.

One significant argument in favour of investing in green spaces in urban areas is that it is beneficial to health. First of all, building a large number of green areas can enhance air quality, so potential diseases could be prevented, which has positive impacts on physical health of citizens. In addition, embracing more parks in city centres could transform life habits. This is because greenery provides sufficient spaces to do outdoor activities for urban dwellers which adjust the mood and reduce stress. While these benefits may not realize in the short term, they are still favourable for physical and mental health in the long term. Therefore, green spaces should be promoted by city authorities.
