We have been extra conscious about videos and visuals that we select for class making sure they have diverse people and also, are not telling just one story. We have been giving students more chances to share about things that are special to them and their family (in English too). We also had a discussion about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s quote "It is always the right time to do what is right". We read the quote in Spanish and talked about what it means for us.
