Hey Berny - we're really going to miss you in the corp team and at OGP!

Thank you so much for everything you've done, and for the impact you've made on me, the people team, the corp team, and the wider organisation. I've really, deeply appreciated your counsel and encouragement, and I've learnt so much from you and grown so much in the past 6 months. I'm going to miss our nearly-daily(?) chats and check-ins on so many things across the organisation.

Beyond the work itself (which needs no elaboration!), what I've really come to cherish you for, is how you show up as your whole self. This has been evident to me even when you were interviewing with us in how personable and authentic you show up as. You wholeheartedly want to be of service wherever you go, and it shows!

Whilst I'm very sad that you're moving on from OGP, I'm also really glad that in service of that, you're looking forward at what's next and where you can continue to serve wholeheartedly. Thank you once again for that and for showing up as you are, and please do keep in touch!

Thank you for always showing up so strongly & empathetically for us all and for bringing clarity whenever we may be confused, or momentarily lost :) A few months with you is definitely not enough, but i'm sure this is just a "see you again soon" moment. Wishing you all the best in this new chapter of your life, and may the right adventure find you always.

Hey Berny! Was really really sad when I heard that you're leaving (and so was my whole mktg team T_T) It was really nice having you lead the corp team over the past few months - you have shaped the team so much and made corp sync a lot more productive & enjoyable! I really appreciate how you always motivate and push us to be better, and admire how genuine and inspiring you are as a leader! Wishing you all the best for your next chapter in life <3

Hey Berny,

It is slightly more comforting to know that you'll still be around in the public sector, but as what I've shared with you in person, thank you so much for showing what is like to show care and giving support to your team mates. I really appreciate all your recognition, advice and encouragement over the last few months and through your efforts, you helped to build a team culture that celebrates more wins, be more open to give encouragement to one another.

No matter what you may think, you've definitely made a difference to us, which in turn allows us to do better work and contribute to public good. Thank you for everything that you've done, and wishing you all the best in everything that you do. See you around!
