I participated in the library workshop on January 12th with my classmates Eric and Robin. During the workshop, I gained insights into the resources available at the SCAD Library. The most valuable aspect of the workshop was discovering how to effectively utilize the library's resources and seek assistance when needed. What stood out to me the most was the workshop's provision of information not readily available on the website, which will aid me in quickly locating academic resources in the future.

Hit the Gym

On March 8th, I went to The SCAD fit along with my classmates Eric and Robin. Together, we utilized the treadmill and engaged in a running session. I appreciate the gym's atmosphere as it allows me to maintain my fitness regimen and acquire additional energy and relax for a while for my academic pursuits.

Dine at Hive

On March 8th, I ate at the Cafe at Hive accompanied by Eric and Robin. What particularly appealed to us was the atmosphere of the Hive, which fosters a sense of residence life and provides a relaxed environment. I find the Hive Cafe to be more than just a dining spot; it serves as a place where students can not only enjoy meals but also collaborate on projects and expand their social circles. It's a space where academic and social aspects of college life intertwine seamlessly.

SCAD AMP-Establish Your Presence

I attended the SCAD AMP Establish Your Presence event on February 23rd at Deloitte Foundry, with Eric and Robin, where we explored how individuals with three distinct personalities communicate with one another. The valuable lesson I took away from the event is that enhancing our understanding and studying situations from different perspectives can significantly improve our communication skills. What resonated with me the most was the detailed presentation on establishing presence, which provided practical insights for self-improvement.
