8.      Never share nail clippers or personal items that are associated with your feet
9.      Carefully wash and dry your feet
10.   Moisturize dry skin – fungi can enter through cracked skin
11.   Regularly check your nails for anything unusual
12.   Get treated and talk to your DR as soon as you see the common symptoms of onychomycosis—don’t wait!
