When reading the process of photosynthesis, it can get muddy and confusing with all the complex steps, reactions and compounds all involved in photosynthesis. Morphine is a pain relieving drug mainly used post surgeries. The drug keeps people out of great pain for extended periods of time. Morphine is derived from the plant Papaver Somniferum, also known as poppy. This drug is the most influential, because it is important in curing pain. Doctors and patients no longer have to worry about pain as a side effect of a procedure, because chemicals like morphine can used to resolve the problem. Most of the trash humans produce is sent off to land fills where it is buried into the ground, or even burned. This is ruining ecosystems, and even our air quality. Most people don't see this landfills, so the idea of "out of sight, out of mind" really plays into effect here. I think that if nothing is done now, then the amount of waste on earth will continue to grow, until we are basically living in a huge trash can.
