This relationship may consist of getting to know your students better, providing choice and encouraging the students to become stronger learners everyday. By doing this teachers are showing respect to their students, valuing their individuality and being polite.

Overall I would say my relationships with students have been great. We respect each other and I reached them how to express them selves and be confident . I like to project a quiet calmness and it sets the tone for the class. If there is a student who wants to challenge or act out, always deal with that student immediately and individually.

Mrs.Alaa Khader

Teacher-child relationships are most commonly measured in terms of closeness and conflict. A child with a close relationship is likely to feel warmth and connectedness toward the teacher, and to see the classroom as a safe and affirming learning environment,Teachers foster positive bonds with students by creating a constructive classroom climate, treating students with respect, having high expectations for all students, and maximizing success for each student. Positive relationships between teachers and students enhance student receptivity to instruction.

Mrs.shrooq kabbany

The relationship between student learning, evidenced outcomes, and collaboration is symbiotic. As students engage in collaborative activities, they not only deepen their understanding but also produce evidence of their learning through their contributions and interactions. This evidence, in turn, reinforces the effectiveness of collaborative learning by showcasing the collective knowledge and achievements of the group. Thus, collaboration becomes both a means to foster learning and a method to demonstrate its outcomes.

Such a relationship with student learning in an IB context emphasizes holistic development, cultural awareness, and global citizenship. It encourages inquiry-based learning, where students explore diverse perspectives, develop critical thinking skills, and engage with real-world issues. International-mindedness permeates the curriculum, enriching learning experiences with global contexts and promoting empathy and understanding. Students become active participants in their own learning journey, equipped to thrive in an interconnected world and contribute positively to society.

Marwa Farag
