Attainable- I will save $375 every month.

Relevant- Me and my friends have been planning on going on a vacation.

I will graduate with a Business management degree in May 2027.

Specific- Graduate college

Measurable- Take 4 classes every semester.

Attainable- If I maintain passing grades.

Relevant- This will secure me a good job in the future.

Based on the Smarter Measure Assessment, I have a limited amount of time for schoolwork.

My plan is-

I am going to start scheduling my week so I can fit in enough time for studying and schoolwork. By doing this I will ensure I have enough time.
I am going to communicate with my boss that I am currently in college and need to have less hours. She should be understanding and cut down my hours.
I am going to work on my trend of procrastinating. This is one of my biggest weaknesses and if I am able to tackle this I will have way more time for my schoolwork.

Based on the Smarter Measure Assessment results I have trouble reaching out for help.

My plan is-

I need to understand that it is okay to ask for help. That might be getting professional help but this is something personal I need to overcome.
I plan on communicating with my professors that it is sometimes hard for me to ask for help.
When I do reach out for help I need to know exactly what I am needing help for so I do not get confused.
