         <title>Illinois Agility Test</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The purpose of the 'Illinois Agility Test' to test running agility.<br>In order to perform the test the course needs to be 10 metres in length and 5 metres in width, the start and finish point should be 5 metres apart. Four cones should be placed in the corners of the course, two to mark the start and finish and two to mark the turning points. Four more cones should be placed running down the length of the course each 3.3 metres part. <br>Before the test can commence the runner must place their head on the start line and their hand near their stomach, while being on their stomach. Then the stopwatch holder will indicate the runner can start. The runner must sprint the length of the of the course to the 10 metre line, then sprint to the furthest middle cone then slalom up the middle cones twice. Then sprint to the 10 metre line. Then the finish line. The test is very quick depending on the amount of reps. </div>]]></description>

Also, the runners ability to turn in different angles and directions is tested.</strong><br><br>Disadvantages:<br>Both change in footwear and surface can create varying results because some surfaces provide more grip than other which is important for turning and slalom.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The test is done by performing as many Standard military push-ups with only the hands and the toes touching the floor. Women can also use bent knees if they choose. Hands must  be on either side of the chest and keep your back straight. Lower the chest to the floor,  at the same level every time and elbows must be bent at a right angle when in the lowest position. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Skinfold measurement can be performed on many different locations on the body such as biceps, triceps, Iliac crest, subscapular and thigh. When using the tester to pinch the skin the norm is to perform the test on the right side of the body and it is important not to pinch the muscle, this will lead to false measurements. The callipers are then applied 1 cm below and at right angles to the pinch, the reading should be in millimetres. This test should be performed twice and a mean should be found but if the two reading are different by quit a margin then a then a third reading is required.</div>]]></description>
