They needed to cut back so badly that they had to keep their photocopies to a minimum. So, they needed a way to keep getting the assignments to their students while on a tight budget. They talked about a few different online tools and decided on using Dropbox, an online tool that a couple of the teachers had already been using. Using Dropbox, the teachers could use it to collect materials and resources, and the students could use it to turn in their assignments electronically. Another positive about using Dropbox was that it could be accessed anywhere and through any technological device that connects to the Internet.
