         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that calling out someone is when you reiterate something that they have said wasn't right or was inappropriate. I think that calling in someone is when you open up the opportunity for others to comment on a certain issue or event. </div>]]></description>

Calling in is when you teach them, allow them to grow, and let them help you. </div>]]></description>

We can call in our male allies by educating them and get them to reflect about their own behaviors.</div>]]></description>
