1. Business Etiquette is the behaviour that involves the co-workers and employers to be treated politely and with respect. This is to create a pleasant work environment for everyone.
                                                                                                                            2. 'to consider the interest and feelings of others' is, it serves a role in development and maintenance of trust and positive feelings towards the others and 'minimize misunderstandings' is to reduce the disagreement or conflict between the people.

3. In Japan, Japanese culture is very welcoming and formal. Expect each of your counterparts to bow during on introduction. Wait for them to initiate a handshake because it is less common and sometimes avoided in business. During meetings, the most senior person will lead discussions and members of his or her party may not say a word. While in Brunei, the common greeting depends upon the ethnic origin and the age of the person. In general, malay men shake hands with one another but men and women do not traditionally shake hands. It is considered disrespectful to stare into another person's eyes, especially those a person who is senior to you in age or status.

Clearly state what you want done so there’s little room for question. If your employee needs to know more, answer his questions and ask if he needs to know anything else. Clear instructions are especially crucial when workplace safety is involve.

3) different countries have different etiquette.
some examples are:
greetings arent always the same in different countries.
in the US, they use handshake as a way to greet
in Japan, the politely bow down their heads a little to show some respect
whilst in Vietnam, apparently they greet others by smiling widely to show friendliness <del>lol</del>

Each country have different etiquette with different meaning itself, for example in

Japan

The Japanese are very formal. Moments of silence are far from awkward. Smiling does not always mean that the individual is expressing pleasure. For eg; Business cards are to be handed out formally following this procedure, Hand card with writing facing upwards, bow when giving and receiving the card, grasp it with both hands, read it carefully and put it in a prominent place.

Kenya

Kenyans believe that their tribal identity is very important. Kenyans are also very nationalistic. Kenyans rarely prefer to be alone, and are usually very friendly and welcoming of guests. Kenyans are very family-oriented.
