2) I would initially explain that my achievements would not have been possible without my team members, and I’ve only obtained my successes with their expertise and support. I do not deserve the CEO position if only I take the credit in the end.

I'll negotiate and only accept the CEO offer should some of my team members also get a position offer themselves or recognition at the company. 

If I were to accept the position as is in the beginning, I definitely would feel out of depth in the role and would not be 100% knowledgeable in the day-to-day responsibilities, since I had assistance in the first place.

I do deserve it because first of all, the company owner chose me so he must have seen my capabilities of managing this company regardless of what I will be working on and who I will be working with. Teamwork can be achieved everywhere even if we have different sets of team members. Having the company owner to choose you to become the CEO of the company is a once in a lifetime offer and rejecting would be absurd. Although being CEO is not easy but I have the skills to make impressive decisions and brilliant ones and that is the main responsibility of a CEO.
