Since I was a kid, I traveled a lot all around the world, infact I have been in Spain, Portugal, England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Malta, Croatia, Egypt, Bosnia Erzegovina, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Slovenian, Bangladesh, India, Mexico, Canada ecc....
During my entire life I made conctact with a lot of different reallities and one of my passion that emerged from all these trips is: living around the world. In my life I spent almost of the time in Italy but I also used to live in England, near Oxford. 
Although, I also have other passions as sports and music.
Thanks to my family I know how to play 7 different instruments, but don't ask me to show up and do a concert 😜! 
Soccer is one of my favorite sports but since I have broken my knee, I started to play a lot of tennis, squash, working out in the gym, rugby, ping pong but the one who really became important in my life is Baskeball, I play a lot and I'm applying to play in the JJ team.
I can keep going with the passions: Moda, filming,parties, girls... and so on.
My major is economics, I chose this course as a major because I like trading and in the future I would like to either run my own business or work in the stocks exchange.

I am Daniella, and you can all call me whatever y'all like it does not really matter to me. As you may have heard in class I was born in Ukraine. However, I was born in a little farming village in the mountains that is more closer to Hungary than the capital of Ukraine. As such, the Ukrainian I speak isn't well recognized as the language that is spoken in the major cities is more Russian in a sense. What else is there to know, I can speak 3 languages (Ukrainian, Russian, and of course English) my first pet was a chicken ( I grew up on a farm). A little fun fact that I love sharing was that on one of my government documents I had when I was younger had my sex changed. This isn't even the best part yet, my mom hadn't noticed this change until we went to the airport and the security guard was staring at me and finally decided to ask my mom why her son was wearing a dress. Now to get to the serious stuff, I of course value my family for everything they have done for me to be the first generation in my family to attend college. I also value my two dogs which are a Pomeranian and Toy Poodle (the Pomeranian is named Lola and the Toy Poodle is Kino). I am from Wantagh, NY (a small town in Nassau county on Long Island). I chose John Jay for a few reasons. One being the location, where else can you get an education at one of the top schools in the country for what you wish to study and live in one of the most popular cities in the world. Another reason I chose John Jay was my major which is Fraud Examination and Financial Forensics. This is a tough major to find as very few schools offer this but I am lucky to have found a school that offers it and has a good program. After John Jay I want pursue a career as a Forensic Accountant for the FBI. A couple of other quick fun facts, in high school I played volleyball, basketball and baseball, my high school baseball team won the state championship my junior year.
