A take away from this ATL session would be I learned that how to give balanced feedback to different people and in different situations. I also learned that the feedback sandwich should contain a certain conversation or a main ground in between the people so that the person doesn't feel excluded. For example: if a person forgets to do something and it is not happening frequently then you should not give them a-lot of negative feedback and give them a bit of negative and positive feedback since it was just one mistake.

What I learned from the session was that the sandwich should be balanced not to much meat or not to much bread. a sandwich should contain a conversation type feel so that the other person is also involved. the sandwich ingredients could change or the amount of ingredients depending on the situation.

A take away from this session was that it was an eye-opener, it really made me understand the value of feedback. I learnt that you need to give feedbacks remembering that you don't have to make the other person feel bad or kill the person's confidence. We learnt a really good trick to give excellent feedbacks, which is to compare a feedback with sandwiches. The bread would be good things, and the meat would be the mistake, so praise the person more than telling him his mistake.
-Hunner Singh

What I learnt in today's session is that one should always remember while giving feedback they should not forget how they can make it nice for the person, not to make them feel bad for, which means that they should not be very mean while giving the feedback and also say nice things to the person. There should be a healthy balance.

I learned from this session is that the sandwich should be balanced no thing in more quantity so that the person fells the both side and it might help the best too. Example = like if a teacher just comes and say to you hey you scored really bad I am very disappointed and then you will fell bad and will also think that I won't cant do anything and if we just compliment and we just make it go away lightly he wont understand his mistake and will do the same thing again. So it should be balanced

From this session I learned about the sandwich feedback. I learned about how meat Is negative and bread is positive. I learned what are the different types of ways to give feedback and ways that you can try to avoid. From what I learned and saw feedback can be very important. For example if someone just makes just one small mistake you should not give them way to much negative feedback but a bit more positive because it is just one mistake.
