as people are getting their drinks there will be a saxophone playing 

as people are eating there will be a Marilyn Monroe tribute as background music 

and after everyone has finished eating people will be aloud to stand up and dance while Christina Aguilera performed and we have manged to get her to perform because the owner of the hotel is friends with her so we got a good deal.

We will have 4 bouncers at the door making sure everybody is on the list and to stop and physical arguments that might happen 

Because there will be under 18s attending will will be asking for anyone that looks under 25 for ID.

there will be a first aid crew on site and trained professionals that can assist with any problems 

We will provide organised transport / chauffeurs to their homes so people do not have to drive while they have been drinking .

if there are any wet floors or spilt drinks there will be cleaning staff and wet floor signs to avoid slipping

We will send out a letter before hand to ask for any allergies to organise their food according to their allergies.
