Even though there was a lot of information presented and discussed; I consider we need some time (especially those totally new teachers) to get it right.
I liked best the way the school is trying diligently to organize all activities not only presential but also online.
I have learned a little more about this platform(classin) to give classes, which is a useful tool for online lessons. It is pretty accessible and convenient. It offers plenty of functions such as allowing students to participate, expressing ideas freely and interacting with them.  It is quite important to have that into consideration since we are living in such a difficult moment, this pandemic, recently.
• I also learned the influence of other people’s perceptions on the contribution to work, more unity increasing the level of teaching as well as the reputation of the school. It is quite positive for all staff.
I felt inspired by many colleagues who are very devoted to providing the best of their teaching experience to the students even sharing knowledge with colleagues. This is priceless. I  also got new ideas from them. I really hope to get acquainted with all and do my best to contribute with fresh ideas to the school, feedback parents, and assist students regularly.

It was a good introduction to the processes that we will all be going through. It was also good to be aware of the Global Focus responsibilities. Although it is usually understood that staff will uphold these duties  it's great to have the information documented in one place.

The PD Spreadsheet, looks like a great one-stop-shop for the necessary information of tracking and scheduling PD's. Thank you so much for this resource.

Quality Framework for learning and teaching (QFLT),
Global Focus which are indispensable tools that we need to keep in mind while preparing our work.   
The information learned lets us reflect on our professional objectives and development. What I like more is that we are collaborating, sharing, and growing up as a team, also as an individual.

I feel that could be done within one week with less 'lecture-style' information and more of a 'guiding' style towards the specific literature and where to find it. 
Regardless of the fact that all important points were covered and it was an opportunity for other new colleagues to meet
and get acquainted with YW systems; perhaps having a better idea of who was doing what (timetabling) would have led to a more productively efficient approach. 
From experience, getting to actual grips with the job and the routine is where I learn the most about the schooling but I feel good knowing: what the school is about; what is required of me; and how to work within such a system. Now I'm just waiting to be getting on with the next step.

My only advise would be to remind new teachers that this is a lot of info at this time, please remember that we don't expect you to remember it, its just info...... you have between 5 - 6 months. it's a lot, please remind new staff that you don't expect them to remember all stuff..... apart from that, I loved every minute of it. I can't wait to see what else happens... Thanks Kareen, Charlotte, Pornch and everyone else....

I do feel that the orientation could have included more curriculum based information for example time tables, daily routines, academics, classroom preparations etc … basically the last 3 days of the orientation made more sense to me and I feel that area should have been given more days…

It covered a lot of information that had to be covered. I have been through it before so I understand the areas that needed to be covered. Some highlights were the tour and finally getting to meet the Primary leaders.

Suggestions would be to spread out the introduction to the different departments. Also the CP training was not that effective due to it being given online. I understand that we had a lot to cover and it will be an on going learning process with I get to do it more hands on. 

My only suggestion would be to have spend more time to build lesson plans, reports etc. as this will be something that we will be using from the very first week.

Over all and everyday I'm feeling more confident and comfortable with all the systems and as I said before once I get a change to build them more often, I'm sure I'll feel more confident using them
