I find it interesting how they tried to bring everyone together an come up with something that would bring the fans in it together until we were winning. I also like how they came up with "Thats cub" as a narrative for hard work and togetherness. The other interesting thing is that they originally had 2 people on the marketing team and then expanded I think its crazy how they were working with only two people in charge or marketing.

The first thing I found interesting is that after they one the world series in 2016 and they were done with the parade they had to come up with more marketing strategies even though they just one to keep people loving the cubs and going to their games. The second thing I found interesting was that they only had two people in their marketing department which wasn't enough and eventually they hired more people with different specific things that they each need to do to get more people interested. Last but not least is their saying "Thats cub" it representing their teamwork and their togetherness of the team.

Another thing I found interesting is the team knew that people loved the underdogs and that what they were until they won, and so they had to figure out a way to be lovable winners. The last thing I found interesting is there new tagline That's Cub. This is supposed to mean hard work and humility, and I think that they did a great job on making sure they kept the same Cub's identity but now they are winning.

The Cubs being the better team in Chicago they knew they could steal Sox bandwagon fans so they focused attention around that.

I like how the Cubs did not sit back and enjoy the win but instead they kept thinking of ways to grow the fanbase. The Cubs decided to be honest and transparent with their fans in hope to build a deeper connection between the fans and organization in 1966 after an 101 loss season by telling them to prepare for more losing. After the win the Cubs decided to go with a new approach by being "lovable winners" and remaining a humble and hardworking organization.
