You present a puzzle piece and offer it to your team, but you have to be flexible to fit in. This is not about mediocrity, but adaptation to the culture of the organization you joined. Even if what is offered does not fit exactly to what is immediately desired, there is a load of work elsewhere in the organization where one can fit.<br>-Leslie: most words are overused; go a lot on faith also, you don't know what you're getting into (uncertainty); you're starting with a blank sheet, we need courage; but the output far more outweighs the risk<br>-Meyps: May mga trabahao na kailangan mag-isa ka lang talaga; may mga work na akala natin kaya gawin mag-isa (kasi hindi kaya ng resources, gawin mo na lang mag-isa), if collaboration is our value, what resources are we bringing in to reinforce this value?, in our PDMS, is there an area for collaboration?<br>-Kakay: HR is important (as PDMS is raised)<br>-Joan: Collaboration is not counted, the way you want it to be counted<br>-Raffy: a critical part in collaboration is making sure you did your homework<br>-Mai: How do we make better judgment? (John Hattie, University of Melbourne)<br>-Mich: I've been the only person in SDS; how did I go about it? It's through collaboration. It should be clear what the objective of the project is; clear vision should be established, people should be accountable (clear roles), there should be diversity (people different from us); can i trust this person with whom i will share the mission of getting the project done?, everybody should be given the chance to participate, celebrate wins (we often forget this, we jump to the next project), debriefing, mining the lessons.  We need to invite more people; if people will be invited to join, people will show up. <br><br>I'm really proud about Innotech: sharing. <br>-Rochelle: From admin to finance, flexibility and communication are important; nurse by profession- passion to learn and try, energy; inspiration will help you do your part; less hassle sa team, you will not be a burden; helping other people, innotech is a big boat- each member is necessary to bring us from one point to another, baka ma prolong yung travel or the boat might sink; do your part, help others.<br><br></div>]]></description>
