Maintaining blood glucose within acceptable levels for diabetics is crucial in the prevention of long-term complications associated with diabetes such as heart disease, kidney disease, and diabetic neuropathy.  And by providing diabetics with innovating technologies aimed at assisting them to maintain stable blood glucose readings, it creates better long-term outcomes and improving the overall quality of life for patients stricken with diabetes.

After reviewing the list of possible team members and their strengths, I have decided to pick the following members for my team:   Abraham (Arranger), Angelica (Analytical), Matthew (Maximizer), Rachel (Restorative), and Randell (Responsibility).

I chose Abraham because of his ability to organize as well as his flexibility, which allow him to determine how to maximize productivity by understanding how each resource and piece and be used effectively. 

I chose Angelica because of her analytical ability to critically think about each of the factors that may affect a situation which would be crucial in accomplishing our team goals.

I chose Matthew because of his ability to stimulate personal and group excellence, and his desire to improve processes.  

I chose Rachel because of her ability at dealing with problems and coming up with solutions to resolve those problems. 

I chose Randall because of his ability to take ownership of everything that he says he will do as well as his commitment to honestly and loyalty, which I belief are important aspects of teamwork.
