Teaching them to write in their  words is a must. Cut and paste is not acceptable (that's the law!).  Should not get credit for someone else's work. Teach them how to use  a free Plagiarism checker. Its really interesting to get feedback. Checking written work is only one area. We need to check whether they get things off You-tube too - copying speeches for example.
