-The British were in great debt because of the French and Indian war. So they put unfair taxes on the colonies without the colonies having any say. -The stamp act required the colonies to pay a tax on stamps.The colonist protested the taxes and Britain got mad.
- They formed the sons of liberty which were a group that held meetings were they figured out ways to fight against unfair British taxes. The Boston massacre sparked the beginning of the revolutionary war. During the Boston massacre many people were killed because of a redcoat called Gold

The causes of the revolution where the sugar act, the stamp act and the quartering act. The sugar act came first. The parliment taxed people on many thing like coffee, indigo, textiles, molasses and sugar. This was because they wanted to regain money from a war over seas.

After this came the stamp act. The British government taxed colonist through a stamp that was on a lot of goods. They did this because they where running low on money for the king.

The final cause of the American Revolution was the quartering act. The parliment made Americans provide housing and provisions to British soldiers.

The French and Indian war caused the Revolutionary war because Britain spent so much money on weapons, by the time the war was over they had no more money. They eventually began to tax the colonists. The colonists then got mad and then the revolutionary war began.

The cause of the Revolutionary War were many things such as the sugar act, stamp act, quartering act and the French and Indian War. The acts were formed because the British spent all there money on supplies during the French and Indian war. Due to this they lost all there money so they taxed the colonists.

One form of the taxes was the sugar act. American colonists got taxed on commodities such sugar molasses, textiles, coffee and indigo.

Another form of taxes was the stamp act. This had American colonists purchase tax stamps for any printed document including newspaper, legal documents, marriage licenses and many more.

The final form of of taxes was the Quartering Act. On March 24 the parliament passed the Quartering Act which required Americans to provide housings and provisions to british soldiers.
