New automation of feedback to students who apply to a project through SIB ensures they receive feedback within 48 hours. Now this is up and running we plan to communicate this clearly to students

On each occasion we had less than 1 week notice, in some cases students contacted us only 2-3 days ahead of the event. We were able to accommodate these, including two events which were on Saturdays and therefore outside of normal working hours for most staff.
