The pictures are really pretty, but I did notice there wasn't a lot of infrastructure for bikers specifically and the side of the roads you were riding sometimes had a lot of rubble, which would make me nervous to ride on.

In other words, whenever I see a "30 miles out from Charlotte" sign, for example, I know that I am almost there. In this case, this distance would likely take half of the day.


I also didn't take into consideration the riding in the mornings to avoid the hot temperatures.
