         <description><![CDATA[<div>Stars: <br>Empowered Learner: The indicators a and c. This process is embedded within the environment I'm in. <br>Knowledge Constructor: Indicators a, b and c. Through inquiry based learning approach these skills are highly used. <br>Innovative designer: Indicators a and c.Using a design thinking framework engages students in their projects that involves prototyping, test and feedback. It provides students opportunities for trial and error.<br><br>Exclamation Mark: Within the setting I work with these skills are part of our environment. I am most confident in using empowered learner, knowledge constrictor and innovative designer. <br><br>Question Mark: This is an area that I'm least familiar with when planning learning experiences for students. We use coding software to design but not much of the analysing aspect.</div>]]></description>

The last two have become vitally important with distance learning! </div><div><br></div><div>Exclamation Mark: I put an exclamation mark next to all but ‘Knowledge Constructor’. It's not that we don’t have that in our curriculum but it's an area that we have identified for major growth this year! </div><div><br></div><div>Question Marks:  I really want to know how I can improve my practice with ‘Knowledge Constructor’ and ‘Digital Citizen’. </div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
