         <description><![CDATA[<div>Though in the chapter, it mentions that these rallies would often lead to social change (pg. 490-491), but this (I would hope) would be an exception.These groups of people all have the same mindset, which then all gathers them together with a collective behavior: to rid of stay-at-home orders for COVID-19. It's clear enough to say that these mobs, rallies, and crowds, are motivated by very highly emotional reasoning. </div>]]></description>
