Understanding the positive experiences of disadvantaged and diverse student voices through an appreciative lens opening new avenues of investigation (Sargent and Casey, 2021). There are four key dimensions to the model of appreciative inquiry that will underpin and guide this project; Discovery of what is appreciated (WP1 / 2: DC understanding & Hooks), Dreaming of what might be envisioned (WP3: Creative approaches ), Design of what should be ideally co-constructed (WP3:creative approaches), Destiny of how to empower, learn and improvise in a sustained way (WP4 Sustained implementation).
