It is very important in terms of ensuring the continous of service quality. There are also negative ways that may affect the employee in hotels such as insufficient wage, job security, limited training programme, undeveloped opportunities, business managers devriped the manager qualification and high transfer speed. Therefore, there are different researches within hotel industry made by researchers to determine any factors that may motivate the employee. Meanwhile in postive ways, first is job characteristic approach that explains determinant factors that affect employee satisfaction. Secondly, job characteristics model which aims to increase employee replannning of teamwork and also increase employee effrciency by making changes in accordance with the job experience. Besides, the factor that motivates employee in view of managers is peformance reward at the first place among motivation.
Job security, good relation with superior, wage and appreciation are based on fair performance, trustful, cooperative relation with co-workers, appropriate working environment, ensuring opportunities for social development, doing groupwork, giving important and appropriate work in accordance with employee skills and work rotatio, are another factors that can affect employee motivation to work harder. Therefore, the managers and people likewise should not fail to notice any issues within the employee to motivate them. The employee shall need a goal in very possible way to satisfy them and managers and to motivate further.
