Now that I have become a Public Translator, the translation field appears more interesting and full of opportunities. As the member of the APTI mentioned, we need many tools that will help reduce the time we spend working, for example, specified glossaries, ethics books, and templates of other works for guidance. After studying and graduating, translation has been a passion for me.

The most interesting part for me was the Key documents that all translators need. the style guide, glossary, blacklist, and queries. Other things that was interesting for me was English regulations, the Merriam - webster, the Chicago Manual of Style, The Guardian Style Guide, the European Commission Style Guide, MLA Style Center.

Something that I liked about the conference was that they gave us some tips and recommendations about the translation techniques. They are a translators with experience so, I really appreciated that they shared with us their knowledge about the techniques, and how can we use it for our future. The tools that they gave us was important to know because we need to learn more about what is the best way to translate something.
