A lot of success has to do with luck and privilege IMO, and Malcolm Gladwell's Outliers does a great job of illustrating how much luck factors into it.

Beauty: A weird mix of biological attractions and social portrays of what the standard for who and what looks good, beautiful, and/or sexy.

Altruism/Volunteerism: Pros: Being selfless and helping others who may need it. Cons: Can be performative or in the case of missionaries, harmful

Politeness/Manners: Agreed upon constructs that define what it is to fit in with that society. Pretty much social construct training

Happiness/Optimism: Sense of purpose and fulfillment, optimism is hope
