The Sun is the star at the center of the Solar System. The average size of a sun is 695,700 km. It is a nearly perfect sphere of hot plasma, with internal convective motion that generates a magnetic field via a dynamo process. The solar interior includes the core, radiative zone and convective zone. The photosphere is the visible surface of the Sun. The solar atmosphere includes the chromosphere and corona. The inner core of the Sun is the hottest part. The sun is made up of 75% hydrogen and 25% helium. The Sun is all colors mixed together, this appears white to your eyes.

Comets size changes depending on how close it is to the sun. as it gets closer to the sun the ice on the surface of it nucleus vaporizes and creates a cloud called coma around the nucleus which can expand 80,000 km. Comets are made of rock, dust, water ice, and frozen gases such as carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, methane, and ammonia.
