This is really the only negative to the Mediterranean diet! But it's really a positive, because limiting these foods is beneficial for your health.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>I agree with this diet because by having the Mediterranean diet , it reducing your risk of developing heart disease or cancer with the Mediterranean diet, you're reducing your risk of death at any age by 20%. Protecting against type 2 diabetes. A Mediterranean diet is rich in fiber which digests slowly, prevents huge swings in blood sugar, and can help you maintain a healthy weight. This can be a great way to even extend your life span. Eating healthy food can make you both emotionally happy and physically by maintain a good health.  Theres no negative side to eating this diet. You eat a good diet and you save you self from bad diets. </div>]]></description>
