Dear Mr. Haris

I had purchased a box of cookies from your retail outlet located near to Ampang point shopping mall. The receipt number of the purchase is 234789.

When I reached home and checked the date, the cookies are expired. Not only that, as soon as I opened the box, I found that all the cookies were crushed and as a result I could not eat them and threw them in the dustbin. I had never been faced such problem before. I am very dissatisfied and I want a complete refund of my purchase. 

I would be grateful if you you could look into the matter and make an arrangement for the refund.
