Explain: The government has a limitation that they cannot establish a religion. People have freedom to say what they want and they can write and publish any piece of press unless it badmouths something with no evidence. Citizens also have the freedom to assemble and unite if peacefully whenever they want, they can riot peacefully as well.

This amendment means you cannot be tried for the same crime twice in the same system. After a conclusion was made you have to leave it. Cannot keep charging until they are punished for crime. Also that steps that you have to go through after you have been arrested. The steps you take after arrested and accused of a crime. Your right to remain silent, you do not have to speak if it may put yourself in trouble.
