Its been a true disaster. Recently the leader of the wild dog pack the dog who killed is actually my friend. He is like a son or brother to me. Today I saw a ship it was kind of hard for me to see the ship clearly but, when I saw it I got very nervous. It was the ALEUTS! I started to pack up. I was planning to hide in a cave that I spotted. I found out that our ancestors were once living in that cave. I think the Aleuts came to hunt more otter. The new girl came up to me and started saying a word "Wintscha". Doesn't it sound like the word in our tribe. Doesn't it mean like beautiful or something? Rontu my pet was standing right next to me. I learned to make spears and different weapons. I watched our tribe doing there jobs before hey were all dead when I was young and when I was older. Like a week a go I was hungry and I went to the bay to go hunt sea food. I saw a BIG devilfish!! It started to drag Rontu into the water but, I fought back and i cut on of the tentacles of the devilfish of but it still wouldn't give up.  I love you with all my heart. I miss you so much. I made friends with the dog pack that killed you but he is nice. Why did you have to be brave and show that you could be a leader. You are still my leader.  Well, since you have left, I destroyed all the villages so there are no more bad memories and made my own house.  I saved the dog that I wanted to get revenge on and fed him and now he is my pet.  Now I am worried because the ALEUTS  came and now I have to stay in this other cave I made my new home. I am planning on moving to the other side of the island but when  I was going to my house last night I found a necklace that was made of this black material and I think it was from the girl who came with the ALEUTS and said that Rontu use to be hers but let me have him. I made a skirt out of cormorant feathers.  Did you know that the male cormorant feathers are thicker and glossier that the female ones.   Anyway I have no idea what she is doing.  Is she going to bring the ALEUTS  to my cave? Ramo you have been gone for a long time and I now you will never return.  I have made home and have made some friends.  The wild dog leader that killed you is now my friend.  I shot him with my bow, but still I felt bad and took him to my home.  I also found some birds, I cut the tips of their wing so they wouldn't flu away.  Every day i have been waiting for the ALUETS to come to the island.  When I tried to kill the wild dog leader I found a cave where are ansesters used to live.  I named the wild dog leader Rontu. One day I went to go look for devil fish I got on my canoe and headed of to where they live.  I  tried to get one of them but hurt me I even used my spear and my bow.


I allways look outside from my little house I saw a ship coming ahead.  I thought it might be the white men.  I bearlly thought about them since what they have done to me and you.  then i thought it might b the aluets. I saw the red striped sails and I new it had to be the ALUETS. So I packed my bags and went to the cave where I had shot Rantu.  I stayed there and brought my food and all my resources so i could survive. When I walked to the cave i made sure that i brushed away all my foot tracks so they could not hunt me down.  It didn't mater of Rontu's foot tracks because they now that there are a lot more wild dogs on the island.  When the ship arrived I only saw a girl making a fire.  I did not see any one else.  I had to get more food because i was running out.  I went to get roots when I went to get roots I saw foot  tracks that was where I collected roots.  I was sitting in my cave and I saw the girl walking up the trail where I have my cave.  she looked at Rontu.  I thought Rontu was maybe her's. I was very close to the spear but didn't why i didn't throw the spear i don't know.  She came in the cave and looked at my dress and said wintsha I thought it might it means pretty .  She took the dress and  put it on her waste.   I took it form her.  she said wintsha again then she left.

I have been having a good time here with my new dog Rontu and my two pet birds. I have learned a lot of new things like hunting, fishing, and even how to undock one of the canoes. But before this all happened I went off the island to explore and regroup with the tribe. That went the other direction and when I was paddling to the tribe I discovered a leak
in the canoe I was using I tried to fill it with my skirt but every wave that crashed it made the leak fatter and fatter. I turned back with the help of the dolphins. Then I decided to hunt for The dog that killed you [A.K.A. Rontu]. I found their cave and gathered brush to stuff in their cave and hopefully draw them out. The leader jumped over the fire and then I shot a arrow at him he was badly wounded and i tried to kill more dog but she let the dog [A.K.A. Rontu] But he didnt go far because he was wounded. I took him as a pet and didnt kill him. I got through my daily routine and  found a devilfish as big as me. It grabbed Rontu and i got my knife and tried to unleash him and i did, i just got myself in trouble to. Leeches sucked my blood and used my spear to kill the devilfish.
I prepared for winter and and gatered all of our delicasies. Then after a lot of seasons and the Aleuts came they settled and I had to move because they could have spotted me. I moved to the cave that our ansestors lived in. Then the girl that came with the Aleuts came to me and scared me. My spear was very close to me and I could have threw the spear but I did'nt. She saw the skirt I made and said wintscha, that i think means pretty. Rontu came close to the women and let her pet him. She turned back and problably thought Rontu was hers now. I called Rontu and he came back. The girl got a drink of water and left. I had to move again because she thinks I live in the cave.

Since you have passed, I have mad a lot of changes to the island. I have missed you greatly. I have learned to find company with animals. I found the wild dogs that killed you. To surprise, I did not kill the leader. Instead, I used fire to find the leader in the cave and wounded him with bow and arrows I had made. We then became friends and he is now on my side. I began a new home with father's technique.

   I tried to slain a giant devilfish but he almost killed me. He wrapped his long arms around my dog, Rantu. I thankfully saved him and myself. Now, to make matters worse, the Aleuts have come back after many, many, moons. There is a girl who found out where I was and saw me. She spoke a different language but some words and motions I could understand. Again, I wouldn't kill her will the spear I had made. I tricked her saying my house was far across the island. I'm not sure if she believed me. She tried to comfort me with putting her hand on mine. I felt suspicious so I didn't make friends with her. She walked away smiling and I packed up my things to leave. I had made a yukka fiber skirt after I jumped off the ship to save you for I had dropped my belongings.      Things have changed very much on the island. I am getting used to being by myself. The white men's ship not yet returned. I set fire to the wild dog cave and wounded the leader. I then saved him, but I do not know why. Me and the leader, which I named Rontu, have become friends. We go fishing and hunting together. We found a devil fish which we were destined to catch. I was worried I would lose Rontu, but we survived.  We both got injured and it was difficult, for they are very strong. A few days saw a ship come. I belived it was the Aleuts'. I wasn't afraid of the captain or men as much I feared the girl. Today, I ran into the girl, when I was wearing my beautiful dress.  She said her name was Tutok and she said  my dress was wintsha, which sounded similar to a word in our language. Even though I did not trust her, I enjoyed seeing and hearing the words of a real human being. Many things have changed, and things are very different without you. I miss you very much.

        Many thing have happened on the island since you died. First, I decided to make some weapons so I could use them to hunt with and to protect me. Then i went to get food and to get revenge on the wild dogs that killed you. But then i realized that they did not know any better than to kill you. So the leader of the pack is now my friend and my pet.His name is Rontu. I also went to get a sea elephants tusk so I could make I sharp spear. After that I finished my canoe I went out to test it in the water. It worked out really well there were no leaks in it. Many things had happened here on the island. First, since no more men live on the island I decided to make weapons to get food and to hunt the wild dogs. I also burned the homes in the village because it gave me bad memories. I made my home near the spring so I can get water. I killed a few wild dogs and wanted to hunt down the leader. I made a fire near the wild dog's cave. When it burned out the wild dogs came out. I killed two of them and shot the leader in the chest. I was going to shoot him again, but I hesitated and he got away. When I was heading home, I saw the leader who had blood all over. I picked him up, and cleaned him up. He became my pet and I named him Rontu. He helped me hunt fish to eat.

      One day he left and I heard barking. He was fighting two other dogs. I just watched because I new it was not my fight. Luckily he survived and stayed with me ever since. I started making an escape plan if the Aleuts came back. I built a canoe and tried  to spear the giant devil fish that Rontu found. I never caught it, but one time I was able to drag it near the sand. One day I saw a ship coming to the island in a fast speed. When it came closer, I saw that it had red sails like the Aleut ship. I tried to hide so no one could find me, but a girl that came with the Aleuts saw me and I wanted to flee. This is what happened after you died.

 Extremely a lot of things had been happening. Having a friend dog, making a spear and a arrow, and even having your revenge. Since, your gone I kind of become survival mode. While having your revenge to the wild dogs I wounded the leader of the wild dogs. And, I cured him then made him as a friend.  I even saw two sea elephants fight each other. Then, one of them died so I used it's teeth for the end point of the arrow I made. You might wonder if the Aleuts have come back, well unfortunately they did. This time they're not that offensive looking also they have not spotted me yet. I admit that it is quite hard to survive by myself but It's not a thing that is impossible.  It has been a while since you have pasted and a lot has been going on. I burn down the village so the spirits of it would go away. Do you remember  the wild dogs that kild you? Well, the leader is now my pet dog. I wanted to kill him but when I saw him wounded I just had to help. I named him Rontu . Since then I have been using my survival skills to keep me and Rontu alive . I've  killed, hunted, skinned , crafted , wounded, and  sacrifesed . The other day I saw clouds. In fact i saw three. But one was  moving faster then the others . I relized that one of them were the Aleuts. They now camping by the shore there is a girl .She came up to me and declared my skirt .I let her hold it but keep. Now I don't know what will happen next.

I hope you are doing well in heaven. I really miss you. If you were still here, you would be extremely confused. I am saying this because a lot of things have happened since you were gone. I mean a lot, like having a wild dog named Rontu, making spears and other weapons, and I almost avenged you and dad. So the way I almost avenged you was by throwing an arrow at the leader. But now, we are island buddies. The way that I avenged dad was by almost throwing a spear at one of the Aleut's members. That's a long story... Anyway, it has been really hard surviving on the island alone, well if you count Rontu. But, it was hard making all of those weapons. I had to learn survival skills I tell you, SURVIVAL SKILLS! But, now I understand what men do to survive. Yeah I admit it, it is pretty hard, but I really do hope you are doing well up there. Best of luck!

1. The Aleut's came. I didn't know what to do. I was confused.

I am sad but mad for you dying. A lot of events have happened since you got murdered by the wild dogs. for a I have been alone for a long time and different people have came really recently and I do not know where they are from and who they are. I have fought many people and animals since you went to heaven. Some of the animals are devil fish, wild dogs, and I talked to this weird random women who was part of these new people who came to the island. When I hunted the devil fish the devil fish got Rontu the wild dog that became nice and sucked him in the devil fishes suckers. The devil fish got me but one of my arms were lose and that as the one with the knife. I ended up killing the devil fish.

Now this is what happend when I accepted that I'm alone on the island. My attempt of getting of the island failed. I used a canoe for trying to go to the tribe but the canoe broke and i was running low on food and water. I fortunetly made it back to the island. Finnaly I accepted that this island is my new home. I started looking for place to build my home. I found  a spring in a ravine. I decided to build my house there. Then,  since i needed to hunt I was looking for spearheads. Remember when Captain Orlov left the chest on the island I checked and there were only jewls and other things girls might want but not me. I didn't find anything so I just use what i had. I killed a few of the wild dogs but i kept the leader to myself as an companion. Right now I'm hiding from the aleuts that came.

Since you have been gone things changed. I spotted the dog that had killed you, but did not kill him. I do not know why I hadn't killed him, for the spear was in my hand. Me and the dog that killed you which is now known as Rontu are now close friends. I shot him once with a spear that I had made. But then my second opportunity I did not take.  I carried him to the house I had built and was comforting him.  He started to get used to me doing this and we eventually became friends. Anyways, there was a ship that had sailed into shore and when I was hiding in a cave that I had found there was a girl that stared down at me.  I had a feeling that she was a part of the aleuts. She had liked the skirt that I had been working on in the cave.  I had let her hold it for a minute or so, but then I thought about the aleuts and then yanked it out of her hand. I was scared of her but happy to hear the voice a human that I haven't heard for quite a while, although I couldn't fully understand all of the words she had said.  I could happily understand some of the words that she said.  It was hard.  I love you so much Ramo! Things have changed so much since you been gone.  Although good has happened to me, I still really miss you.  I wish that you were still here , because that way I would have more company.  While alone on this island, I almost killed the wild dog leader, but didn't.  This may suprise you, but him and I are best buds now.  I pretty sure that you would've loved him.  I also have been making my own weapons, just like dad did.  It wasn't as easy as first.  I'm sure that you would've gotten the hang of it much faster than I ever would have.  I really miss that funny, creative touch of yours.  The thing that I don't really feel good about is that the Aleuts have come back to the island.  I'm so confused that I don't know what to do.  You would know what to do in a situation, like this.  If you were here, I would feel safer. then i tried to kill a sea elphant so i could get its tusk for a new spear
but i was injured whenI triped a few weeks lateri find the old sea elphant killed then i put dured bush in the dog cave with my new spear
 i kill some of the wild dogs and injured the leader.Then i trached him
down in the rain .I could kill him but i didnt.I started to tame him
and kidnaped two birds and cut of the tips of the wings.After that i 
tamed the birds to.Also when that was over i made a skirt when the Alutes came
a alute girl asked for it to wear i pulled it awayand she left then i wrote this on paper and with stealf i  gave you this mesage.

                    Since you have past away I have missed you dearly. Although good has come. I have settled into the island nicely and I have built more than one home. I have gotten a pet which I named Rontu. This dog happened to be one of the dogs that killed you. Please do not take this the wrong way. I could have killed the leader, (Rontu) but I just couldn't. Rontu and I have become really close, and he is no longer a threat to me. Unfortunately bad luck has come to me too. One day I was looking out at the sea when I saw a ship with RED sails. Sound familiar? This was an Aleut ship! For a few days Aleuts have been living on the island! I had packed up my things and left to the cave where the dogs lived. I was safe there for a few days until an Aleut girl found me in the cave while I was making my skirt. (it turned out really well) She said her name was “Toto”. I didn’t trust her. She ended up leaving but she may tell her tribe about me living in the cave, so, I packed up my things. You will always be alive in my heart.

Since you died, many things have happened. I have tried to seek revenge on the leader of the wild dogs that was one of the dogs that killed you.Once, I had the perfect chance to kill him, but didn’t . I had already wounded him in the leg with my bow and arrow. I could have killed him with one more shot, but didn’t. I don’t know why I didn’t let the arrow go. Instead, I took care of him and took him in as my pet. I named him Rontu.

 Rontu and me became very good friends. Once, when we were doing a test sail, Rantu spotted a devilfish, the biggest devilfish I saw. After, I made the special type of spear to catch the devilfish. Every day during spring, we looked for the giant devilfish, but never found it.  One summer after,  Rontu spotted the devilfish. Fortunately, I had brought my special spear and had caught him. I pulled him up to the sand, but he wasn’t dead yet. Unfortunately, Rontu walked up to the devilfish and the devilfish grabbed him with his tentacle. Then, I saved him and killed the devilfish.
