1. Source 1: Please follow the format of giving inference and evidence. Inference: The source tells me that... Evidence: The evidence shows me (if the source is a pictorial one/ artefact)/ tells me (if source is a textual one).
2. Source 2: Good inference and evidence giving and in relating back to the central theme of life in Singapore before 1819. For government you can answer the questions of: Who ruled Singapore before 1819? Was Singapore invaded by other countries?
3. Source 3: This evidence relates more to trade than to government, as you can't simply infer that there was a kingdom based on a gold armlet.
4. Please attach your sources and finish up the remaining sources!
All the best Ruben!
Mr Jeremy Wong

Before the British colonized Singapore in 1819, Singapore was ruled by local Malay rulers
Source (4) Tells me that Singapore was found by the prince of Sri Tri Buana, named, "Sang Nila Utama"
Source (3) Supports my point as it shows that Singapore was a kingdom and not a country.
Source (2) Also tells me that Singapore was under the protection of the Majapahit Kingdom.
Thus it can be observed that the history of government in Singapore did not start in 1819 when the brutish colonized it, but started when Sang Nila Utama
