By planning this we were able to easily plan this as we all found it simple to do so, we all took part in setting it up in our designated spaces. With the poster one person took control while the other was able to get the code so they can donate online and not just pay in person if they have no change (the just giving page). 
We could have had more advertising on the day due to the posters not being spread around as much, so what we could have done is had a whiteboard showing where we were and showing the information on what challenge we were doing. The participation on ours was none, this was due to us not advertising it as much as we should have. The whole thing overall was successful as the money raised was high overall even though we didn’t raise money ourselves.
