It is a nationwide campaign to get females moving regardless of their shape, size and ability. It's a video of all types of females playing different sports. It tells the real story of women who play sport by using images that are the complete opposite of the idealised images of females we are used to seeing. It doesn't matter what shape or size you are. Their aim is to get a lot more women and young girls to take part in sport no matter what sport it is. They are aiming to stop girls from feeling like they aren't the ideal figure and to just give it a go.
