• located in the equatorial monsoon tropical region -> weather is great (hot at noon, night the wind blows cools, rainy season...) -> comfortable, safe

• schools, health services, banking services... near home [ACCESS TO BASIC NEEDS SUCH AS ......]

  -> ...sick...go immediately to a large hospital or a clinic with a good doctor and service;

  -> free time to go to school to get a second degree, learn a new language.

Finally, have too much vehicles,throw rubbish in improper places -> polluted air, traffic congestion-> health problems,makes people want to back to countryside which is peaceful,fresh.
