         <description><![CDATA[<p>Benson’s Pasta is a creamy garlic pasta sauce with shrimp and scallops. I’d have to rate this a 4/5, I feel the shrimp and scallops add a delicious flavor along with the creamy garlic sauce, the reason it’s not a 5 /5 is because there wasn’t enough sauce. As for cooking methods used, he utilized sauté for the protein and we boiled the pasta. My main takeaway is that shrimp is an excellent way to make you feel good.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Lab Review - Creamy Tuscan</p><p>Shrimp &amp; Scallops (Seafood)</p><p><br/></p><ol><li><p>My dish has angel hair spaghetti with shrimp, scallops, and creamy tuscan sauce to bring the plate together as one. My plate is definitely a flavor profile with many different seasonings and preferences.</p></li><li><p>﻿﻿﻿I garnished my plate with the Tuscan sauce and shrimp as a side. While I also use a knife cut (mice) to add and  cut my onion, two tomatoes, basil, and scallops to the top of my pasta.</p></li><li><p>My main takeaway for this lab is that when cooking seafood you have to focus on parts of your meal first before others because when it’s done it will call come together.</p></li></ol><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><br></p><ol><li><p>It has a very Nice well seasoned shrimp and scallop that mixes perfectly with the wonderful tasting pasta, the scallops in the meal add for a nice crunchy taste in the meal that’s very subtle .I’d rate the meal a 5 I thought it was very delicious and pretty easy to make&nbsp;</p></li></ol><p><br></p><p>2. I used the a lot of the garnishes for the little decorat leaves on the plate as well as little garnishes on the pasta I also cut up the garlics and the sun dried tomatoes with a nice perfect mince cut for both of them&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>3. My main takeaway was making it easier to put things tougher more easy&nbsp;</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>shrimp and scallop pasta that tastes delishious. </p><p>4/5 the pasta was amazing but i dont like shrimp or scallops. </p><p>We boiled the angle hair noodles and we sautéed the shrimp and scallops. </p><p>Crack noodles in half before you put them into the small pot or they will start on fire. </p>]]></description>

Very creamy flavorful sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach , shrimp, and scallops all served over rice</p><p>3. 4/5 because the flavor was great but it was very heavy.</p><p>4. Sautéing the onions and garlic. We also seared the scallops.</p><p>5. Seafood is great.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>It’s creamy and is flavorful due to all the tomatoes,seasonings and sauce. The texture fits well together and balences together. I give it a 3 out of ten because I don’t like seafood but it tasted good because of everything else added. I missed the scallops and Shrimp together and grilled them. Main takeaway from this is lab it to make sure everything blances well with the flavor s and textures.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>Creamy Shrimp and Scallop Pasta</p></li><li><p>A Creamy sauce drizzled on cooked shrimp and scallop topped chopped tomatoes, spinach and garlic cloves.</p></li><li><p>I would rate this product a 4 because I personally enjoyed making this piece and designing the plate.</p></li><li><p>I used dicing for the garlic gloves and we boiled the pasta to soften the noodles.</p></li><li><p>This main takeaway that I got was learning how to de-vein a shrimp. I think that is very useful to know when cooking.</p></li></ol>]]></description>
