Performance strengths
-The emotions were very realistic and I could feel the feelings of the character especially from Yu He
- The transitions were all quick and efficient
- Energy was good during climaxes ( News reporter scenes have high consistent energy )
Lucas had improved a lot in his emotions during dialogues .

Areas to work on
-For the scene about the murder , emotions could be stronger.
- Buildup could have more intention to help connect the storyline.
- Could have more body language to help with dialogues and visualisation of the scenes

I really like the part where YuHe was scolding the guy. i could feel the emotions she wanted to express.
I also like the interaction between elise and joshua near the end.

There can be more energy in their movements and some parts were a little awkward.

Joshua Teo's intention was there. He was confident in his speech.
Elise's voice could be heard clearly despite some lagging.
Lucas could have shown more intention as the Ah Boy. He showed confidence as a sec 1 in the biggest role.

Strengths:
I like that the actions of many characters were very clear , and Elise could portray her character very clearly .
The cast did very well too as their scripts did not disrupt too much of the appearance.

STRENGTHS:
- i liked how some characters tried to not refer to their script even though they were holding it with them
- some of the characters had very expressive voices

- some characters were very soft (maybe it's the sound), and they were also quite monotonous
- body had no intensions, it could be seen moving around / shaking
- some scenes all the characters were on the same level

Performance strengths:
I like the performance's last scene where Joshua and Elise had the sassy vibes it was really fun to watch and the energy didn't drop at all through the whole scene and I felt it was really good and convincing that Elise was really a fan of Joshua.

Areas to improve on:
I didn't like how the transitions were very frequent and that the set kept changing very often and since it was frequent it makes it hard to keep it clean and thus was quite messy many times.
Many times the actors also were quite awkward and not confident in themselves(?) And did not manage to portray the character as well as I've seen in the rehearsals I think maybe cuz of stress cuz the camera was filming but yea.

All characters were refreshing. Some characters showed more confidence and for some there needs a bit more work. But there is always room for improvement, for all, hey!

Would like all to believe in the power of conviction. Anyone who portrays a characters need to believe in it. And the rest will be history :)

performance strengths :
i enjoyed the last scene the most as elise was running around joshua. the energy was really high and it ended with a high moment :)
yu he's anger was well expressed and it gave the character a strong impact on the story
you guys did well for the first performance yay!
joshua and elise had very good chemistry

areas for improvement :
remember to be 45 degree to allow the audience to see yall
when pointing, use the hand inside so to not block your face
try to use diaphragm voice instead of shouting to not hurt your throats!!
physicality for tableaux at the end could be better : to make it sharper and stronger
lucas could have shown more emotions throughout to show the build up of the story
there's too much screaming sometimes, could tone it down a little
the transitions could be cleaned up as there were many changes of scenes which made the energy drop quite a bit

Had good energy throughout the entire play, I can tell that everyone is trying their best. The play was good even though they had little time to rehearse. :)

Needs to have more intention in the characters they were playing.

- The emotions in the dialogues were strong in recording

Some characters really surprised me and it shows by your efforts that you have a come a long way. Kudos! The story line was interesting - a little bit of American Horror Story style - good on the improvising. But I would have liked to see the eyeballs.

AFIs:
The same as before, lead by conviction. Believe in your characters with conviction, it takes work, but once you get there, it will add to the wholesomeness of your performance.

Strengths:

- The development of the story throughout was clear
- The emotions portrayed by the characters through their actions were fitting and helped to enhanced the emotions they were feeling

for the wolves part , they kept facing their backs to the screen so i hope they would be more aware of it and some of us kept moving out of the screen. so i hope we will have more spacial awareness.

the emotions, physicality etc was very strong. the plot was there and the way the actors portrayed their characters into how they would like to show it was good.

we had very little time and multiple choreos to memorise but you guys really placed in effort and we put up this piece in 6 short sessions!
the emotions in your audio recording were super strong
the sounds were super cute and lively
really enjoyed this mini play with yall :)

please note your stage area HAHA
remember to not backface the audience
physically could be stronger as sometimes you guys break out of character (eg. the part where Grandma was waiting for Hunter to put the necklace on her)

Performcance strengths:
I feel that the intentions were strong for most scenes and the characters movements really showed the emotions of the story and the back stories that weren't visibly shown. It was a really enjoyable performance and it was really fun to work on it thru the 6 sessions we had.

Areas to improve on:
The sound cues that were recorded played kinda slow for a few parts which caused some awkward pauses throughout the show.
Alot of people walk out of the stage area also alot of backfacing

Ensemble was quite synchronised, complemented the scenes really well and their movements were highly energised.

when i left, it was quite messy and i didn’t really lead them well, so on my part, i did mess up. but they improved a lot. the defiance from ashley showed and her emotions were very strong. ashley gave off the vibes that she was misunderstood and needed someone to support her, yet she did not open up. miss hew was done very well.
a lot of bell noises and can’t hear some dialogues. a lot of overlap and missed some cues

Performance strength:
The emotions of atikah was easily understandable through her actions most of the time.
Intention could be clearly scene in the students
Areas to work on:
Characters faced the back or the side most of the time
Ending scene was very confusing and it ended on like sort of a climactic scene which made it hard to understand the story.
The ensemble in one of the scenes were doing nothing and made no effect on the show. They could've shown expressions or movements.

Performance Strengths
Really good story and plot but I dont know why the play just ends there? But also the cast diplayed good intention, energy and could enunciate and articulate relatively well throughout the whole play. There was really good character development, the teacher and ashley's character changed a lot. Props to the cast for being able to memorise such a long script without tripping up (mostly)!

Could have been more aware of their space

side note : Really enjoyed the bond and the experience was one of a kind . Definitely refreshing to see the performance again :)

- could be more focused during the performance and not too into the emotions
- spacial awareness So that We do not break SMM measures
- Transitions could be much more cleaner especially Prologue to scene 1.
- I personally could have had more real and stronger emotions to make the character more believable

Performance Strengths
Actions were really intricate and rehearsed to the last bit. Transitions were clean and smooth. Could hear the emotions in their voices, especially in the main 3 characters. Actions were highly energised and had alot of intention.

Areas to Improve
There were some stagnant moments where the energy dipped a little, should try to remain focused even though its not your part to speak/move.

Side note: It was nice to see the performance again! (And personally for me, I felt like clicking along with the surtitles again while watching haha!)

I felt that the intentions were there, and the energy was constantly kept up high for the play.
It was also really nice to see how the characters came together in the end.

- intentions in the play were very clear
- for scene 1 and 2, individual scenes movements improved by a lot. we had a clearer idea of what we wanted to show and how we wanted to show it
- prologue's feeling of exasperation could be seen

- there were people, including me who missed their cues, but it's okay because our actual syf was good yeeee
- scene 4 was very messy, especially the dancing scene at the end because at the time i wasn't really sure of what i was trying to show, but after we changed the intentions after that recording, it became better too
- personally could have spoken with more emotions

- fun fact: during the actual syf we started crying in scene 2 all the way to the end even though we technically aren't allowed to

before this gets emotions HAHA i rlly loved how the energy was kept high especially during scene 4 where angelina's shoe flew off and we started playing around.. we got performance fatigue at first but it became so much better and we all worked towards a common goal. many of us cried after this syf performance and i really miss everyone there rn. it has shown our hardwork since last november.

areas for improvement :
transitions were still a little lacking but we managed to make it better on syf day
nonetheless we got our distinction 😊✨

Performance strengths:
The energy was really high and you could really see the intentions on the actors faces. It was very convincing and being there in the moment where you could hear the voices and the emotions was really heartbreaking and sad. It was a really good experience to be there and to see how the seniors worked and to see the effort placed into the show pay off. The feelings of the characters could really impact the audience and it was really very strong.

Areas to work on:
Never give tissue warning need to tell ppl to prepare to cry right ugh

Performance Strengths
• The script was very meaningful and relatable, and the performance itself was very fun to watch because everyone was very dedicated and did their best to play their roles
• The volume, sound and spacing was good and the trainsitions were really clean and quick

Areas of Improvement
• Not much to be improved but maybe the level of focus could have been increased

PERFORMANCE STRENGTHS:

- the SYF group really dramatized all the scenes and make the story really interesting to watch
- I was really into the performance and I could see how the teenagers were suffering in the story
-I really liked how they emphasized on certain characters by getting everyone to freeze so we know what to focus on.
- I also liked how the video has subtitles and the people in the video may not be saying any words but they can show it really well through their actions.
-transitions between scenes were also really smooth and everyone was really working together as a team.

AREAS TO WORK ON:

-I think everything was really great about the performance and I don't really have any comments on the areas to work on for the SYF group. Good job SYF group!
