Freedom of speech does not exist in North Korea. Women don't have as many rights as men in North Korea. They don't have the right to believe in their own religion. Dictators usually change the political system, so that the person who is currently in charge can not be overthrown. In  the case of Kim Jong-un his blood relative will take his place if something happens to him. Kim jong-un has been the Dictator of North-Korea for 7 years.

This means the people vote who they want as our leader. North Korea is ruled under a dictatorship and fascism. The people of North Korea is ruled under one person. This one person (Kim jung-un) has rule over the whole country, and forces his beliefs upon people.
