sardine rice
Ingredients for 5 people
1 lb of rice
50ml of oil
1 large sardine
2 cup of water
1 onion, cabbage
1 large chili, coriander
sauces (optional)

Preparation
1. In a cauldron, place the oil over medium heat
2. Chop all the vegetables and place them to fry
3. Add the sardine and the sauces
4. Then, when the vegetables are already sautéed, add water
5. Add the rice and let it dry to cover it
6. And when it is ready, it is accompanied by some slices

En esta autoevaluación mi calificación es 8.
