Arroz con Leche is a creamy rice pudding with the flavor of cinnamon. First you get a sauce pan,set it to over medium heat. Place 5 cups of water in the sauce pan and let it boil for a bit. Then add 2 cups of rice and 1 cinnamon stick. Let it cook for 15 minutes or until the rice is tender. Last add 2 cups of milk and let it boil.
