In Nebraska, a fourteen-year-old teenager, Tyon Wells, was accused of killing Zachary Parker, 17, in a marijuana deal that went bad. Parker was rushed from the shooting scene and later died in the hospital. Prosecutors say Wells became a gang member when he was 12 years old.
